  • Resale costumes are final sale
  • Orders typically ship within 24 hours. 
  • Priority shipping is typically 2-3 business days but not guaranteed. Please see www.usps.com for further details
  • Priority express is 1-2 business days from date/time order is placed.  Refunds are not available for shipments delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. see www.usps.com for further details.
  • TurnMaster and Dancing Diva Turning Boards are final sale
  • ALL SALE items usually identified by "Originally" or "Was" notices are final sale. All Mystery Bags are final sale.
  • Exchanges & Returns are valid up until 15 days from the date of receipt. 
    • A credit will be added to your account for purchases on the Site at full value of the returned item (as long as it meets the return criteria). 
    • If you are requesting a refund within the 15 day period, the value of the item(s), less at 15% restocking fee if free or discounted   shipping was utilized, will be refunded to you.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only. Exchanges are not eligible for refunds.  
  • If promotional item(s) are provided with the purchase of an item, they must be returned with the purchased item to receive full credit. 
  • Exchanges and refunds are ONLY offered on unworn, unused, and unwashed products. Tags must be attached. Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items MAY NOT be returned and WILL NOT be accepted.
  • All Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using an option that provides tracking and/or insurance on your shipment. If a return/exchange is lost in the mail/damaged upon return, customer assumes responsibility.
  • All free shipping offers are applicable to domestic orders only.
  • Sadie Jane is FCA out of Phoenix, Arizona and assumes no responsibility once a package is in the possession of the carrier. 
  • Sadie Jane Dancewear reserves the right to refuse any return not meeting any or all of these requirements.
  • Gift cards and merchandise credits are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Sadie Jane reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.

How to make a Return

  • Email sales@SadieJane.com up to 15 days after receipt. Once a Return Authorization Number is provided, ship the item(s) you are returning to the address listed below.
  • Returns require around 7-10 business days to process.
  • Refunds/Store Credit will be issued when returned merchandise has been received. Merchandise must be in its original condition.
  • Customers will be notified via email when their return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.
  • Any merchandise returned for a refund without notification via email will NOT be processed.
